The Anahita Golf Estate is 176.0 hectares bordering the coastal region from the Grand River South East Village to the Beau Rivage Development. As winners of an international design competition, Anahita’s goal was to create a series of botanical gardens with carefully placed structures within the lush paradise terrain. This design mandate was married to the vision of coastal development with a “procession of shells” washing up on the majestic shoreline.

Anahita Golf Estate is a resort community where residents and tourists alike will enjoy a wide variety of activities and amenities. The community’s cornerstone is the ninety luxury suites Island Hotel and thirty Branded Villas located on a lush island that embodies the Mauritian experience. One hundred and fifty villa home sites on an 18-hole signature Ernie Els golf course make up the remainder of the destination community. A residence beach club, golf clubhouse, restaurants and festive retail combine on the waterfront to form Anahita’s Village Centre and offer an array of shopping, entertainment and dining options for guests and residents.

Fourteen kilometers of walking, jogging and cycling trails have been incorporated into the resort’s community plan for the guest and resident to enjoy the site’s botanical and wildlife treasures. These trails are part of the overall sustainable design principles that are utilized throughout the property. The estate’s vision embodies the relaxed style of Mauritius and honours the values, traditions, and culture that exist in harmony with the stunning environment.
