Le Petit Trou is located on the south eastern coast of Grenada in the parish of St. David. This master plan development is sited on 97.0 hectares of lush tropical vegetation which starts inland on the beautiful rolling hills and descends down towards two luxurious beaches. The main beach in which the low density, low impact boutique resort hotel is situated is over 300 metres in length. This pristine inlet bay is ideal for passive and active water sports. The main multi-level family swimming pool complex is also located directly on the beach, generating a synergy of resort activities.
The stepped hotel architectural massing is integrated into the hillside’s landscape, allowing for spectacular site views from all the guestrooms and a maximization of the site’s potential. The landscape framework and resort’s circulation networks allow for the natural vegetation to permeate through the development, providing valued privacy to the guest throughout the resort.
The hotel and private residences are linked throughout the valley by low impact sustainable walking and cycling trails. These trail systems offer dramatic vistas of the valley and the Atlantic Ocean for the guest and resident to enjoy.
